The most representative distribution organization of the manufacturing enterprise is the bi-level distribution network. Therefore, establishing the distribution networks reasonably and strengthening the management of distribution are important ways to improve the customer satisfaction level and strengthen the manufacturing enterprise's competitive power.Because there are some stochastic aspects in the distribution network, and the mathematic model based on the average profit and the steady state can't describe the problem exactly. The simulation model follows the system's real structure and composing to build a dynamic model. Comparing to the mathematic model, the simulation model is more adapt to solving the kind of problem related to the flow and many uncertain elements.The paper studies the bi-level distribution network composed of the single manufacture and many distribute centers and stores based on the simulation and optimization. The goal is to minimize the total cost and the transportation cost separately, the problem to be solved is the selecting of the distribution center and the selecting of the distribution strategy.The paper supposes the manufacture produces several products, the demand of the products and the transfer price is stochastic, the transfer cost is in a bigger scale. In the condition of considering the total fixed cost, warehouse operating cost and inventory cost, the paper computes the object cost using the simulation model, finally integrated the optimization and the simulation model to solve the optimization problem of the distribution network layout based on the premise of not happening the OOS.The paper's main jobs about the distribution network layout optimization problem:(1)Confirming the cost computation formula related to the object cost.(2)Building the simulation model using Arena and compute the objective cost.(3)Using the GA and heuristic to find the answer for the simulation model, propose the distribution network layout based on different object.The simulation optimal system implemented in the paper can be based on the function about the total cost or the transport cost separately o satisfy the enterprise's different requirement, it can also be used in the optimization of the bi-level distribution network layout and can be as a applied tool for the enterprise's application. |
