With the rapid development of economical globalization and the nationalboundary vanishing, the contemporary superintendent will meet more and morechallenges coming from the different culture in the management. In this kind ofsituation, what's the transnational superintendent need to solve are not merelythe organizational structure, investment and ratio of investment and yield, butalso each kind of contradictions and conflicts inflicted under the transculturalconditions that were important most. The practice proved that the bluntness toculture as well as lacking of the cultural context knowledge are the main reasonfor the failure of multinational corporations in the new cultural environment.Therefore, strengthening the understanding of culture and the culturaldifference and improving the transcultural adaptive ability have become thebasic conditions for multinational corporations to grasp their complexenvironment, scientifically manage each kind of resources and enhance theinternational competitive power, thus realize their global strategies.This article starts from the viewpoint of constructing the enterprisetranscultural core ability, analyses the intrinsic connection of culture and theenterprise core ability, and based on above establishes the analyzing model oftranscultural core ability, points out the principal aspects on which the cultureinfluences the enterprise core ability: the transcultural marketing, thetranscultural management, transcultural training and the cultural conformity oftransnational mergence, and launches the elaboration using this model as theanalysis frame. Firstly, this paper proposed the transcultural marketing strategyand the operation pattern based on the analysis of the main culturalenvironment factor which restricts transnational management;secondly, usingGeert Hofstede's national culture model for inference, this paper elaborated thegeneral strategy for the corporation administrative actions standardized andselected renewably from the four aspects including organizational designs,human resources, leading and motivations. Then the transcultural trainingdynamical equilibrium model was introduced and the three Trans-Cultureadaptive token factors were derived, thus transcultural training content and themethod system which correspond with this were established;Finally unifyingthe contract view and the resources view pointed out that the culture differencealso brings the value while causes the conflict, and pointed out the principlesand pattern of the cultural conformity of transnational mergence. With theintersectant subjects method as well as dynamic and systematic eyesight, thispaper tries to eliminate the influence of culture difference on the enterprise'stransnational management.
