Study On Environmental Logistics Based On Circular Economy

In resources short society, developing the circular economy vigorously and constructing the economy society is especially important and urgent. As the effective practical mode that international community propels sustainable development, circular economy emphasizes on utilizing resources effectively and protecting environment, which represents as economic increasing mode of "resources-products— recycling resources". It aims at gaining the most economy and environment benefits by the least cost and realizing waste minimization, reclamation and innocuity in the process of production and consumption.Circular economic theory proposing requests enterprise's logistics activity change tradition the massive consumptions energy, the fuel and rid get rid of the noise and the waste gas pollution. So this article has introduced the concept of the environmental logistics from it. The development of modern logistics must consider the environment question firstly, needs make the improvement from the environment angle to the thing fluid, namely needs to form an logistics management system of environment paragenesis .This kind of the logistics management system establishment in to maintain global environment and in the sustainable development foundation, the change original development and the thing class, the expense life and the logistics the unilateral relations. While protecting environment from harmfulness, we should forms one kind of logistics system be able to promote the economical and the expense healthy development, namely environmental logistics. Therefore, the modern logistics management emphasize the overall situation and the long term benefit, emphasized omni-directional attention to environment, has manifested the enterprise green image, was circulates the economical development foundation and the powerful tool, also was one kind of new logistics management tendency.This article firstly analyzed the circular economy and environmental logistics related theory, including the base of the circular economy and it's modes and the meaning, the economic and social value of environmental logistics;pointed out the limitation of traditional logistics and the necessity of developing environmentallogistics by using the circular economy idea;analyzed the relation of circular economy and environmental logistics.It pointed out that we develop the environmental logistics from three sides:(1) microscopic: The foundation of the enterprise environment system. The article analyzed the foundation of the enterprise environmental logistics system from all sides of the enterprise's logistics activities.(2) observes: The foundation of the green supply chain system;The article analyzed of the relation and the reciprocal chain of enterprises in green supply chain.(3) macroscopic: The effect of government to the environmental logistics system management and to its development advancement function, finally analyzed that the present situation of our country's environmental logistics development, the existence question and pointed the forward the policy proposal.
