The Supply-demand Analysis And Research On Electric Power In Henan Province

The electric power industry is an important and fundamental industry relating tonational economy. In recent years, Chinese electric power develops very fast. However,the electric demand increase faster, the contradiction of supply and demand isconspicuous. Under the background that most areas lack electricity in the wholecountry, this thesis firstly introduces national electric supply and demand situationanalyses the reason for the shortage of Chinese electric supply and measures taken tosolve this problem then introduces briefly the actuality of electric supply and demandin Henan Province. It carries out a theoretical research into the supply and demand ofelectric power and the macroscopical environment's impact on electric demand. Byanalyzing the condition of electric power generation and historical datum materials aswell as power under construction in Henan Province, it predicts the situation of electricpower supply in Henan Province. By analyzing the electric demand and the powerconsumption also the electric environment from the year 2000 to 2005 in HenanProvince, this thesis uses the grey (GM) theory to set up the predicting model topredict the power consumption from 2005 to 2009 in Henan Province, and provide the2005 electricity load predicted by Utilities Electric Co. of Henan Province at the sametime. Based on predicting the supply an demand of electric power, this paper gives abalance analysis of the electric supply and demand situation in Henan Province, thendraws the conclusion that the supply of electric power in Henan Province in 2005 andthe following two or three years is still tense. Aiming at the objective situation ofHenana Province electricity in short supply, it proposes six countermeasures ofplanning power construction, strengthening the side management of demand,expanding interval quantity of electricity exchange, insisting unified management ofelectric power production, improving the efficiency of energy, planning anddeveloping regenerated energy. With the constant development of power constructionin Henan Province and the gradual implementation of every managing measures, thesituation of Henan Province electricity in short supply will be alleviated greatly. In theend, this paper briefly introduces the exploitation and utilization of regenerated energyand proposes the planning of regenerated energy.
