These risks have already had systematic risks and non-systematicrisks, including legal risk, policy risk, business risk, financial risk, technological risk,fund risk and so on. Among them some will threaten the survival and development ofenterprises. On this basis, I explain these methods of measuring the risk intensity.Third, after analyzing the enterprise's capital operation risk, I draw theconclusion of the strategic choice of enterprise's capital operation——building themechanism of risk management in capital operation.
