A Study And Application On Finance Early-warning Of Listed Companies

Under the condition of market economy, enterprises face great challenge, first isexistence, the second is how to develop. In harsh competition, efficiency and theability of management are very important.In recent years, the deficit of listed companies is increasing, more and morecompanies face existence crisis. Traditional management is not enough for Chineselisted companies. To exist and develop, finance early-warning theories are emerged.These early-warning theories will predict finance crisis of companies.Based on Chinese listed companies' characteristics, using finance early warningtheories, finance crisis management theories and knowledge of accountant, financemanagement etc., analyses the finance management of listed companies and gets thesolution.This thesis includes three parts. In first part, it systematically analyses the sourceof finance crisis and gives the methods of how to distinguish it. In second part, it sumsup the early-warning theories of foreign and domestic. In third part, it analysesfinance management of Changchai Co., Ltd. using finance management theories andearly-warning theories, and gives a new management plan, completes financemanagement system of Changchai Co.,Ltd.
