As the national drive of the management informationization, human resourcesinformationization is going on the stage through the curtain. eHR, namely electronicalhuman resources means a newly trend and mode for human resource management inthe future.It is not only a technique,but also being adapt for the change of people andoperation quickly. EHR is a method and thought, making a conection of the policyand the relationship between people and operation. The HR departments make use ofhuman resources selling to expedite different kinds of parts join in the activity ofHRM, what make the wholly human resoure management come true.The article brings up the concept of HR selling and creating customersatisfaction. By making use of the research of requirment for HRM software andtaking a method of mesurable analysis by dim general evaluation, the paper importsthe trends of HR informationization and hotspot----self service for future It discussesthe boost of HR selling given by self sevice by means of eHR software, ASP service,recruiting management of e-era, calling center, e-Learning & KM. It brings thedifferent kinds of role in human resource marketing chain into the system, andimproves customer satisfaction. In the expatiation of eHR software, the text shows apractical case of self-service through ESS and GSS & LSS.The journey of China eHR of falls behind the Occiddent for 5-10 years.Therefore, as the up-to-the-minute advanced concept of HRMS, self-service is theabsolute trend of HRM. But at present, there isn't any successful applicable cases inChina yet. The topic concerned is defiant definitely because it is a introduction andreference for those managers and HR personnel who are in the puzzle of HR serviceand being in the breaking of HRMS closing status.
