Study On Technical Risk Of Mobil Phone Development Project

To development project, the key of project management is to how to transfer the intangible technic to substantial product or service. On the special angle of view, the paper selects the technical risk as the research object, getting fully research results, and the paper attempt to find an effective risk management system and the method of evaluating the risk.After summarizing the literatures on technical risk written by scholar from our county or foreign countries, referring the phase of the mobil phone project R&D, the paper puts forward a three-phase management system for technical risk management accordingly, i.e. risk planning, risk anlysing and risk controlling, and proposes the suitable tools for every phase of mobilphone development project on the base of the practice;the paper establishs the evaluation index for the development project on the basis of the theory of system, anlysing mobilphone development project technical risk characteristic. In view of the farmer's research on it, the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) combining Fuzzy Mathematic Integrated Method. After index weight is turned out, the model of adjusting time and money for risk is formed .The model provide the direction for the management of time and money when risk existing .Finally, the whole process of technical risk management is shown by the case, and the risk management system and the risk adjustment model are verified.
