All of these is threatening the existing and developing of the whole district, and asking for an instant adjustment to the industrial structure. In such circumstance, how to keep a sustainable development has become the most insistent task of the district.This thesis is to do an empirical analysis on the economic sources and the environment of Xin Qiu district on the basis of development. It deduces a logical conclusion by setting up a quantitative model on the basis of statistics, environment management science, and fuzzy mathematics.In the end, this thesis makes an analysis on the status quo with a view to territorial sustainable development strategy. It puts forward some beneficial countermeasure and suggestion, and a comprehensive thinking about how to keep the sustainable development of Xin Qiu district.
