Along with the fast development of non-state owned enterprises, inside enterprise, there are more and more management problems, and one of them is job satisfaction. Human resource management has higher location with the development of information economic. "None but employee satisfied, their client feel satisfied", this viewpoint has recognized by majority enterprise. This paper chooses non-state owned enterprises of high-tech to investigate job satisfaction problem.This paper adopt many research methods, for example, theoretic and practice, determine the nature and fix quantify, commonly and keystone research etc, educe 10 commonly affect factors which affect job satisfaction in non-state owned enterprises of high-tech, there are holistic impression about enterprise, work attitude, work emotion, pressure, work adjustability, participate degree, leader, justice, individual future, identify with enterprise. These 10 factors point out direction for supervisors to strengthen inside management, blaze working enthusiasm, and transform organizing management This paper though linear regression, educe individual future and leader factor are the key affect factors that affect job satisfaction in non-state owned enterprises of high-tech. Otherwise, this paper has research the other affect factor and the relationship between job satisfaction and employee flow.
