A Study On Managemnt System Arrangements And The Elaborating Ratio Of The Professional Management's Ability In Civil Enterprises

The paper is a study on the relation between management system arrangements in civil enterprises and the elaborating ratio of the professional manager ability. The aim of this paper is to tell as that the management system arrangement has an important attribute to the ratio of the professional manager ability, and the civil enterprises must improve the management system arrangement to enhance the elaborating ratio of the professional manager's ability.This paper begins with a brief overview of the management system arrangements and professional manager and their ability in this area, and then proposes the papers theoretical conceives, and constructs the model of the management system arrangements in civil enterprises and the elaborating ratio of the professional manager ability. The concrete research divides two stages. The first stage is a case study to commonly understand the civil enterprises, management system arrangements, the professional manager and their ability. The second stage is aquestionnaire survey, applying the quantitative analysis method to study the relations between them, through the analysis on the mass date.The result indicated that no mater the scale of the enterprises, the good management system arrangement play a good role on the elaborating ratio of the professional manager ability, at the same time the execution of management system arrangement has a more important influence on the elaborating ratio of the professional manager ability. Therefore the enterprise must take the management system arrangement seriously, promote the business management standardization and scientific, to develop the professional manager's ability; finally enhance the enterprise competitive power.
