Empirical Study-Village Property Ownership Realization Innovation And Reformation Of Country Collective Economy Organization In Liu-Xia Town

The innovation of the ownership form was regarded as an important aspect of the economy system reform. Most of the researchers were focusing their attentions on the village enterprises reform. The joint-stock system reform of the country collective economy organization was fully discussed in this paper, which was quite different from previous studies.First, typical cases in Liu-xia town Hangzhou was selected and analyzed, then the rules of the innovation of village property ownership were studied. In the following dissertation, basing on the data obtained from the ten years' development of the local economy, the study analyzed the status of the village collective economy organization in Liu-xia town and the bottleneck of the economy development. Finally, the significance and adaptive mode of the form innovation of the village property ownership were pointed out and expounded.
