Bidding is the necessary method of getting project. At the same time, it becomes a very important tache of contractor's looking for economy benefit. How to increase the level of the bid decision has become more and more important. The aim of this thesis is to study the Construction Company's CRM and bid decision support. And then this thesis gives a method of the bid decision support system that based on CRM. This thesis studies the bid decision's general status and process of the construction company. Based on the current situation of the project construction industries, the current situation of the bidding and the problems of the project bid decision, this thesis discuss the importance and the signification of CRM. Contrast the customer's and the owner's characteristics, this article proposes that the owner is the customer for the construction company, and then point out that it is very necessary to the project bid decision. According to the customer's characteristic of the construction company, this thesis analyses the construction company's customer relation and CRM. It is a key point how to improve the efficiency and the ability of CRM used for project bid decision. At last, this thesis advances the structure and ability of the construction project bid decision support system that based on CRM.
