Recently in large company, investment in IT Infrastructure take the part of 58 percent in total IT budget, the same as 4 percent total annual profit of the company, and this kind of investment even increased at 11 percent every year. Management of IT Infrastructure has been a crucial fact in success of business and cooperation informanization, and it also has become a strategic problem cared by top executives. Under this way, it is very important to make scientific research in order to optimize the operation of IT Infrastructure, maximize the effect of the IT Infrastructure and realize the business value of IT Infrastructure at last. This paper induce IT infrastructure operation model face the service, bases on three management method ,process management, service management and best practice management. In the first part of the paper, introduce the background, main purpose and significance of the content, target and area of this paper is defined as well. The paper find out the deficiency of IT Infrastructure research at present, analyze the basic method of approach to IT Infrastructure. Then this paper make a research on three method which remain on paragraph two, analyze the situation of their application, make sure of the applicability of three method in IT Infrastructure field. After all those analysis ,the paper introduce a new IT Infrastructure method which face to service. With the whole study of this model, demonstrate it through demonstration study. In the final part of the paper, there is a summarize about the whole paper and point out the deficiency of this model.
