Enterprise Knowledge Organization Research Based On Network

Since the beginning of 1990s, information technology whose core technology is computer and network technology has been applied in enterprises' operation, management, design and manufacture. Enterprises' production system has been improved from process automation to enterprises' informatization, which also has made a great progress in enterprises' core competitiveness. Since our government designating enterprises' informatization as its key emphasis in work the late 20^th century, the application of enterprises' informatization is transiting from fundamental system to integrated system. Enterprises' informatization is transiting from partial informatization to global informatization. Enterprises' informatization is under criterion and guidance. The environment of Enterprises' informatization also has been optimized. The process of Enterprises' informatization is speeding up. At the same time, knowledge characteristic of world economy is becoming obvious and the role of knowledge played in enterprises is more important than ever, which make enterprises thirstier for knowledge than before. The knowledge economy times demands enterprises deeming knowledge and information as increment main body and object and relying on knowledge and information as one of the enterprises' core competitive essences, and it also demands enterprises' staff all emphasizing the importance of knowledge and information, which forces enterprise to make a lot of efforts on enterprises' informatization construction for informatization can provide them a platform of knowledge acquisition and increment. However, with the wide application of network and magnitude of enterprises' informatization deepened, people get a giant of valid knowledge and information, at the same time, they're also bored by the decentralization and disorder of knowledge and information and the lag and limitation of the methods of knowledge acquisition. These issues impregnate into many aspects of enterprises' knowledge and technology innovation activities and daily work. How to abstract knowledge from information angle and organize and make best use of knowledge is the focus of society and enterprises .The meaning of knowledge organization which mainly deals with issues that filtrate valuable information from information flow and provide effective methods and skills of knowledge acquisition, make knowledge in order and provide knowledge, transact with alarge lot of existing knowledge and also decrease the increase of physical carriers which store knowledge in relative level, is very important. So my research will start from analyzing knowledge organization cases home and abroad and further discuss how enterprise make use of their achievement of network and informatization to carry out knowledge organization activities to improve their innovation and application of knowledge and technology and upgrade their competitiveness to accomplish enterprises' increments. And I also will set up a framework of enterprise knowledge organization and express its mechanism and management tactics. At last, a brief prospects of enterprise knowledge organization platform will be described.
