Research Of The Restriction And Prompt System For State Owned Enterprise's Manager

Along with the deepening of the reformation of State Owned Enterprises (SOE), how to resolve effectively the restriction and prompting of the SOEmanagers has become the key to the reform. How to restrict and prompt the SOE's managers effectively is one of the important tasks of the Supervising Commission of State Owned Asset because the restriction and prompt systemis the final determinant factor of the economic system efficiency. Based on the theory of the commitment and surrogate, combining theory with and reality, this paper aims to analyze and investigate in detail the current situation of the restriction and prompt system. Using the relevant experience of other countries for reference, the paper puts forward a countermeasure as to how to improve the restriction and prompt system of SOE managers in our country and it plays an important role.
