Cross-cultural management, which have important theory and realistic meaning in globalization managing and developing of trans-corporation, specially in molding the outstanding corporate culture, improving the key competitiveness of enterprises, With the arrival of the knowledge economy and fast development of the economic globalization, the mental labor that create the knowledge products will become the main form of social labor, which indicates cultural management will replace scientific management and become the only suitable management mode in era of knowledge economy. This text aims at proceeding from angle of culture, probing into strategy and countermeasure of cross-cultural management, molding new corporate culture strategy which can not only help the trans-corporation oneself to develop but also help the whole society to be harmonious and progressive, so as to promoting the benign developments of enterprise's economic benefits and social benefit through the expansion of the cultural idea.This thesis is divided into five parts altogether. The introduction part carry on the brief explanation and introduce in title meaning, cross-cultural current situation and basic Content of this text of management in this text; the first part define the intension of enterprise's cross-cultural management, and introduce and analyze background of the cross-cultural management's produce, then explain the theoretical foundation of cultural management; the second part Explore cross-cultural management strategy of international enterprise especially, and summarize the characteristic of cross-cultural management in the era of knowledge economy, have put forward the choice scheme of cross-cultural managing strategy, and has made corresponding theory analysis and real example to analyze in managing strategy cross-culturally; the third part expound the communication of cross-cultural management in international enterprise, has made an introduction and analysis about the obstacle of cross-cultural communication, have put forward relevant methods and ways to the result of improving communication on the basis of that the cultural difference is approved and understood. According to the current situations of the development of transnational enterprises and "three kinds of foreign-invested enterprises", the fourth part put forward the countermeasure and make bold exploration and real example analysis to the construction of enterprise's cross-cultural management mode of our country.Conflict and integration of culture, integration and globalization of the international economy, require enterprises to carry on cross-cultural management, cross-cultural management aims at molding a kind of sharing globalization corporate culture. The globalization of culture means a kind of world order, which have common values, code of conduct, moral standard, common interests and institutional framework, and all enterprises shoulder the community responsibility of mankind's whole development in the process of the economic prosperity.
