Research On The Logistics System In Electronic Commerce To Terminal Customers

Electronic commerce has rapidly developed in recent years in our country. Along with the electronic commerce development, the logistics to terminal customers has become the new research direction. The most important problem which affects and restricts logistics development in our country is how to obtains the logistics system supportion.With out the support of logistics system, the commodity cant be delivered promptly to the buyer, electronic commerce would lose the buyer foundation and restricts the development basis.Establishing a good logistics system is the key point to electronic commerce development.This thesis in view of the characteristics of logistics to terminal customers,such as the small batch,variety and so on.On the base of massive foundation, combined with the present situation of logistics to terminal customers in domestic and foreign country, reaserch on the the electronic commerce distribution systematicly,establish the related mathematical model,and propose the sructure of logistics to terminal customers.It makes the beneficial experimental research on establishing a effective logistics system to adapt the new situation.The content of thesis: firstly summarize the domestic and foreign theory research,including electronic commerce,logistics and information system theories.Secondly carry on the analysis of the present situation of electronic commerce distribution to terminal customers, propose the extant problem, carry on the analysis to the reason of those problems,and propose the electronic commerce distribution pattern.Thirdly design the electronic commerce distribution structure, including the period forecast, the number of logistics center,the location selection,as well as the logistics management information system.Finally establishes the appraisal model, construct a target system,and determines the corresponding weight, as well as fuzzy appraisal system.The achievemens of this article as follow:(1)logistics pattern in electronic commerce to terminal customers.Proposed the patterns such as cooperation with traditional chain-commercial channel, the enterprise logistics alliance, the common logistics, the postal logistics as well as the dynamic logistics alliance,.It needs to choice the different pattern according to the demand of development in electronic commerce enterprise.(2)The construction of logistics to terminal customers.Proposed the multi-level logistics structure model,the forecast algorithm to distribution structure,the method of logistics center's location selection,and quantity. (3)The management information system of electronic commerce logistics.Further studied the support function information system,the subsystem constitution as well as the function realization, used the B/S structure as the technical construction.(4)The appraisal system of logistics.Establish the appraisal target to the logistics system from financial and the non-financial aspect, definite the weight as well as the construction of appraisal matrix.
