Research On The Reform And Development Of China Insurance Regulatory Policy

With trend of the economic integral and the financial globalization strengthening continuously, our country insurance industry faces more new development opportunities, and puts forward the rigorous challenge to the development of the our country insurance industry. Under the situation that our country insurance industry develops fiercely , how to perfect the policies of our country insurance regulatory and provide good system assurance and environment assurance for the working of our country insurance industry safely, stability and efficiently have become the important research subject at present.In this paper I have done research on the reform and development of china insurance regulatory policy on the base of the study on the insurance regulatory and insurance regulatory policies of overseas and domestic experts , also with the history and current development of our country insurance regulatory . Through the analysis on the development direction of international insurance regulatory policies, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect our country insurance regulatory policies from five aspects which is the target, system, means, insurance intermediary and new regulatory subjects.
