BBAC MRA2 Conveyor Project Chinese And Germany Management Study Based On Culture Diversity

This thesis is based on the research background of the project of Beijing Benz Automobile Co. Ltd. MRA2 conveyor project. Using the theory of economic development and cultural differences between China and Germany, the main differences in project planning, organization and control are discussed and studied, which combine with the realistic conflicts and concrete problems in the project of MRA2 conveyor project. Cultural difference and impact to project management also analyzed. MRA2 conveyor project management issues have been solved by this research as well as conflicts is reduced. This research accelerate project lunch and also for BBAC Chinese and German collaboration development. The research also could provide an important real case reference to other joint venture company for project management.Using data access, literature retrieval, investigation questionnaire, and project analysis, the differences of planning, organization, and control between Chinese and German in MRA2 conveyor project are basically completely studied. On the basis of this, the method of comparison is used to show the differences between Chinese and German in project management by picture.After analysis, the conclusion shows that the differences between both partners are still the extension of the diversity of social culture. The key factor to solve the difference is to build up strong communication management. So the optimized communication methods are provided based on the real case, suggestions are given to improve communication and collaboration between both sides. Regarding project management, suggestion is to optimize planning by different phase, change to matrix organization and integrate the project control model. These optimizations showed great success in MRA2 conveyor projects.
