Study On The Development For The Unsupported Resource-based City

In our country resources city, majority is the supported Resource-based City,the unsupported Resource-based City is only little partial,but it do make thetremendous contribution and the sacrifice for the national industrialization. Becausemost of the unsupported Resource-based City is formed in the bad Position or the areawhere current economic condition is not backward. This kind of city's non-resourcesindustry is very difficult to obtain the corresponding development. The city wasformed burst characteristically, Industrial structure is primary unitarity,resourcesdependence,position condition's congenital inferiority, all or these made this kind ofcity which looks like similar to the hypoplastic child from the urban developmentangle. If we don't cultivates the superseded industry early, it will consume the higherreforming cost compared to the supported Resource-based City,so the reformingrequest of the unsupported Resource-based City is more urgent than the supportedResource-based City. Therefore, the research on the development direction of theunsupported Resource-based City, and proposing the constructive developmentpattern, have the certain significance.This paper adopts the method of qualitative analysis and the quantitativeinvestigation, unified the standard research and the real diagnosis research, utilizestheory method including the urban economics, the city geography, the industrialeconomics, the city geography, taking Jixi as the example, dose some discussionand analysis on the development direction to the unsupported Resource-based Cityfrom the multi-angles, and studies in the resources city development patternfoundation which the domestic and foreign scholars proposed, then carries on thediscussion to the JiXi's future development pattern.
