At present, the competition in agricultural markets mainly concentrateson agricultural marketing,So the agricultural product logistics appears to beimportant especially. At the same time, distribution is the essential questionin the agricultural product logistics. But in China, the channel is chaotic, the waste of distribution process is big, the distribution time is long and thecost is high in the agricultural product logistics distribution. Theagricultural product logistics enterprise, which is the carrier and themanager of the material flow in the agricultural product supply chain, stilladopts traditional pattern in the management and the transportation, logistics operation efficiency is low, the agricultural product loses areextremely big, and it is difficult to control the cost and provide the quickand accurate service in the supply chain. In order to play the vital role in the aspect of controlling the cost andproviding the quick and accurate service in the supply chain, theagricultural product logistics enterprise must concentrate on the corecompetitive operation, implement the effective distribution project, ravelout the conflict in the cost control and the quick service. Namely, concentrating on the distribution demand points (economical and reasonablespots or regions) which will be serviced with the lower cost and the betterservice, In order to economize the cost in virtue of "the external force", thedemand points which are non-cores and non-economical will be serviced bythe third-party logistics. This will enhance the whole operation level andreduce the expense. It is obvious that they are the most important for theagricultural product logistics enterprise to select the third-party logistics forthe demand points which are non-cores and non-economical and tooptimize the routing for the demand points which are economical.Based on it, the paper summarizes the related research results in thedomestic and foreign research and profits from many mature experiences onthe foundation of researching the status quo of the agricultural productlogistics enterprise and the characteristic of logistics distribution. Under theprinciple of following integration of theory with practice, the thesis studieshow to select the third-party logistics and how to optimize the routingwhich impact the cost greater combining the quantitative and the qualitativemeans. Finally, the systematic solution is established. The Paper is divided into seven chapters as follows:Chapter one is introduction. This chapter expatiates on the motive andsignificance, introduces the status quo of the domestic and foreign research, confirms the technology route, structure and main content of this paper. Andit summarizes the agricultural product logistics distribution, how tooptimize the routing and how to select the third-party logistics because theyare theoretic foundation of researching.Chapter two is analyzing the logistics distribution and the distributionof the agricultural product logistics enterprise. First, the conception oflogistics distribution, constituent, function, pattern and the status quo of thelogistics distribution in the domestic and foreign research are introduced.Secondly, the characteristic of the agricultural product logistics distributionis analyzed, which is: the agricultural product logistics is big in number, many in variety;the network is complex;the regional features of theagricultural product logistics distribution;relative venture is the bigger. Thestatus quo and existing problems of the agricultural product logisticsenterprise are analyzed: the cost of the distribution is high;the condition ofthe software and the hardware is poor;the agricultural product logisticsenterprise is small in number and scale;the degree of information service islow and so on. The logistics strategy, which is the integration of selflogistics and the third party logistics, is analyzed.Chapter three is distribution project selection for the agriculturalproduct logistics enterprises based on fuzzy clustering analysis. First, theindices system is established according to the fact of the agriculturalproduct logistics enterprise, And three items (operation difficulty, clientstrength and rest) and nine indices (the distance between distribution centreand client, the condition of the road, restriction of the time window, fundcondition, the quantity of the trade, the level of the management, networkoverlay, loyal degree and latent extend ) are involved in the indicessystem.Secondly, fuzzy clustering analysis is used because of the factor'ssingleness of the traditional taxonomy according to geography and district. Then the economical and reasonable demand spots or regions and thedemand points which are non-cores and non-economical are found. Finally, the effective distribution project is advised to implement: the demand pointswhich are non-cores and non-economical will be serviced by the third-partylogistics and the economical and reasonable demand spots or regions will beconsummated, optimizing the distribution route. This is the academicfoundation of implementing the distribution project.Chapter five is Choosing TPL Supplier based on analytic hierarchyprocess (AHP).It establishes the scientific and comprehensive hierarchicalstructure for evaluating TPL Supplier. And makes a qualitative andquantitative on TPL supplier by analytic hierarchy, There is compositor inthe decision-making projects. Finally, the best TPL supplier will be advisedto choose. It provides a scientific practical and quantitative method forenterprise to select the best TPL supplier.Chapter five is optimal distribution routing based on GeneticAlgorithm of the agricultural product logistics enterprise. Aimming at theeconomical and reasonable spots or regions, the chapter optimizes thedistribution routing based on TSP. It makes a series of improvements to thefundamental genetic algorithm in operating aspects of selection, crossoverand mutation,In order to check the validity of the proposed improvedgenetic algorithm, the paper workes out the source programs with VC++and MATLAB, And applies it to the problem of optimization and carriesout beneficial experiment and analysis. Finally, the optimizing distributionroute is achieved for the economical and reasonable spots or regions. Finally, draws the main creating points of the paper and presents themain direction and the field which should be studied in the future.
