In the knowledge economy times, the most vital factor for enterprise to win more advantage in competition is human ability. And owning rich human resource is so important as to be put on the agenda. A reasonable compensation system should be attract some top ones and keep their interests the same as those of the enterprise. In fact, an equitable, reasonable compensation system could be the advantage of competition. The arrangement for the compensation system of the enterprise is the core of its administration and the key technique in its human resource as well as the concentrated embodiment of the concept of "taking the man as the foundation" in the administration of modern enterprises.The paper is based on the design of Shaanxi AB branch. Firstly, it gives the general introduction about the theory of compensation and incentive and has some commends on it. In addition, it has some main kinds of salary system, and lays a theory foundation for Shaanxi AB company compensation system. After that, it is necessary to have a compensation reform at the being time. In the design system, some factors, theory and design procedure will be given from the strategy points.
