Study On The Financial Management Of Core Competence Based On Supply Chain Management

Since 1990's, there is a big change in the environment of enterprises' subsistence as the development of the technology and social productivity. In order to be improved, each enterprise must be reintegrated both the resources and the culture since the external environment is changing. In addition, each enterprise should be established the system of core competence which creates value to all the customs and improve its efficiency and has the feature of distinction.Financial management is the consequence of environment, in which financial management should be adjusted to adapt to the need of economy. Financial management of core competence is such a system that can help enterprises to protect and develop its core competence in aspect of capital and value-creation.This paper is based on the study of supply chain management and the theory of core competence, and proposes that enterprises should realize its core competence and further create specific supply chains and adopt different financial strategies due to different member of supply chain in order to improve core competence. What is more, this paper also analyzes and tries to solve problems that might be happened during the processing of financial management of core competence.
