By the coming of knowledge economy, the competition among countries is the competition among human capital. If one country wants to win in this war, it should make the human capital taken part in the benefit distribution. Because this method can stimulate human capital to the best use. Our country is in the period of high development. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the human capital benefit distribution because of its contribution to economic development.The theme of this paper is the research of the human capital benefit distribution in china. The paper absorbs and draws lessons from the existing achievement in the fields, using the research methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, normative analysis and positive analysis, the tool of new system economics to analyze the reason, principals and forms of human capital benefit distribution. Then the paper summarizes the current situation and problems of china's human capital benefit distribution. In the end, some countermeasures are put forward.This paper divides three parts altogether besides foreword and conclusion. The concrete content is arranged respectively:The first part analyzes the possibilities of human capital entering into the benefit distribution from the angle of theory and practice. In the analysis of theoretical possibilities, it simply introduces the theories of human capital and benefit distribution, and then analyzes the possibilities from the characteristics of human capital including creating value, the private of its property right and the enhancement of its negotiation ability. In the analysis of practical possibilities, it mainly discusses from the change of economic system, the renovation of people's mind and the application of the measure technology.The second part summarizes three principles of human capital benefit distribution and discusses the two forms of it. They are physical benefit and spirit benefit.The third part firstly looks back the history of human capital benefit distribution, then analyzes the current situation of managerial human capital, technical human capital and productive human capital, in the end finds some problems.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures from ideology, system construction and market construction to solve the existed problems.
