Study On The Problem Of Collaborative Benefit Distribution In Construction Supply Chain

With the improvement of the construction industry industry,the output value of the construction industry continues to increase.During the implementation of engineering construction projects,continuous breakthroughs have been made in construction technology.The popularity of BIM systems indicates that the degree of construction information is constantly deepening,and the total construction quality of the project has been continuously improved.Shorter and shorter,these are all progresses and developments in the construction industry.Many years of engineering practice show that the development of the construction industry has an important strategic impact on the development of the national economy.In the course of engineering practice,more and more construction companies have subcontracted or dismembered some of the contracted projects to other construction companies due to market or construction time reasons,and restrictions on their own conditions.However,in the subcontracting process,there are A large number of affiliation,illegal subcontracting,and hierarchical subcontracting behaviors have disrupted normal management order and pose a threat to the quality of the project.Material is the foundation of construction and accounts for more than 60% of engineering costs.It not only directly affects the quality and cost of the project,but also indirectly affects the progress of the project.The theory of building supply chain management encompasses the entire process management of building materials procurement,transportation and storage,construction and use,and disposal and recycling.The construction industry is a typical basic raw material industry.The building materials procurement,transportation and storage,disposal and recycling management in the construction process All can be used as a breakthrough to ensure quality and reduce engineering costs.Therefore,based on the supply chain research ideas,the collaborative supply chain cooperation problem is studied,and the interest distribution problem is mainly explored.The research idea of this dissertation is as follows: Firstly,analyze the problem part,and mainly explain the research background,basis of research,research status,related concepts and corresponding theoretical basis of the dissertation,in order to provide theoretical support for follow-up research;Second,to analyze the problem part,this part is divided into two chapters,namely the third chapter and the fourth chapter of the main text.It analyzes the traditional construction supply chain cooperation method,constructs the traditional interest distribution model,and carries out its existing problems.Summarize and summarize;third,solve the problem part,construct the profit distribution model,and discuss in depth the interest distribution problem in collaborative cooperation in construction supply chain.In order to more directly show the analysis results of the model and verify the effectiveness of the benefit allocation method,this chapter adopted a numerical example analysis method.Finally,the conclusions of this paper are summed up,which provides management inspiration for the collaborative cooperation of construction supply chain node enterprises,and puts forward the deficiencies of this paper’s research and the future research direction.
