In today’s development of market economy, has brought the unprecedented intense competition. Competition among countries in the final analysis is the competition of economic strength, and scientific development is the first productivity, science and technology development decided the speed of economic growth, But the degree of scientific development depends on the quality of talent. For enterprise, the analysis of human capital investment benefit, is helpful for enterprises to adjust the employee’s knowledge structure, to promote the long-term development of the enterprise, to enhance enterprise’s core competitiveness. For countries, the study of human capital investment and benefit, make targeted to human capital investment in our country, make the knowledge structure of laborer, skills, consistent with society needs, so as to generate revenues. The purpose of research is mainly through the comparison, to find a reasonable and effective model of human capital investment benefit analysis, thus is advantageous to the comprehensive analysis was carried out on the benefits of human capital. Therefore, human resources of development, utilization and its benefit should be produced by is a focal point of the enterprises to improve the overall comprehensive benefit.On the basis of the research of human capital theory, this paper analyses the problem of human capital investment and benefit. In the process of the research of human capital investment, the use of innovative methods total index method to measure human capital investment cost, on the basis of human capital investment benefit model is put forward, 16 enterprises as the research object, analyze and accounting the human capital investment, at the same time will be one of the factors in the measurement of human capital Total Diploma Rate and APM the correlation analysis and regression analysis, it is concluded that combined Total Diploma Rate to the APM there exists a linear regression, and specific linear regression equation are obtained. Based on the basic model put forward the elastic model, it is concluded that the specific investment in human capital investment, the growth rate of APM, in order to promote the growth of the corporate profits, after the investment benefit analysis, this paper points out the problem, and gives some measures to solve it.Innovation of this paper is to formulate a set of new method of measurement of human capital, and based on this, advances the basic model of human capital investment benefit and the elastic model.The paper first of all, according to the basic formula of input costs and output, established the basic model of human capital investment benefit. Second, there is correlation between APM and one of the factors of education investment Total Diploma Rate, on the basis of its relevant, regression analysis was carried out on both, and the regression equation are obtained. Finally, on the basis of the basic model and elastic model is set up. Study increase the rate of combined degree can bring the growth rate of APM, the impact is not obvious, so it is concluded that Total Diploma Rate is not the only factor to influence the corporate profits growth, ought to drive the corporate profits growth from many aspects。After research on existing problems of Human capital investment benefit in China. To improve enterprise benefit for the premise of "quantity" in talent on guaranteed, so to ensure staff recruitment rate in the first place. Second, improve the staff’s "quality", increase employees’ knowledge stock. At the same time to invest in many ways, improve the efficiency of the human capital investment.Due to the imperfect knowledge system, of course, this paper still exist some deficiencies, the paper put forward by APM and Total Diploma Rate of two indicators of human capital investment benefit evaluation model, the model is limited to evaluate the economic benefit of investment, for to its other benefits generated by the comprehensive evaluation, the model still needs to be expanded. There are more difficult to determine the discount rate, and the model does not consider the time value factor, thus the accuracy of the calculated will be affected by certain influence.
