Now our country has already suggested clearly the development theory by which we all base on human and build a harmonious society,meanwhile it has been looked as a urgent task to change economic development mode.But in the process of changing from labor-based enterprises to knowledge-based enterprises, it will be an important method to get and maintain the core competence by attaching importance to and stressing on added-value management of human capital.In nowdays when the products technology operating mode etc are copied and cloned with more and more faster speed,the only thing modern enterprises owned that is hard to be copied is core human capital From a kind of significance,enterprise management is added-value management of human capital.However,most enterprises of our country now have four defects about human capital as follows:its power is not fully realized;it is scarce and wasted;it decreases severely;it is not invested fully.The four defects have greatly prevented the core competence of enterprises in our country,and so impacted their international competence.Therefore,it is the core for increasing the value of enterprise human capital that we analyse the deficiencies of added-value management and take some measures with the deficiencies.The paper tries to research what measures our enterprises should take about human capital value -added management by analysing the model and methods of enterprise human capital added-value,by expatiating on the show and the cause of enterprise human capital value increas management of our country.lt contains six parts:Part one: Preface. Clarified the significance of the paper,analysed the status of relevant domestic and international research, provided the idea and innovations of the research.Part two: The meaning of human capital and enterprise human capital. On the basis of the concept and features of human capital, analysed of the content and features of enterprise human capital, defined the scope of this research.Part three: Theoretical basis of enterprise human capital added-value management study. Described related theories for the enterprise human capital value -added management, provided the theoretical basis for the latter three chapters of analysis and research.Part four: Enterprise human capital management models and analysis of added-value trails. Made enterprise human capital management models and their added-value two trails, provided research framework for the next two chapters with the content.Part five: Chinese enterprise human capital added-value management status and analysis of the reasons. Through the analysis of the status of five areas of our human capital added-value management .explored the problems about Chinese enterprise human capital management, andmade the theoretical analysis of the corresponding value management reasons based on the status.Part six: Approach of Chinese enterprise human capital added-value management. Based on the analysis of chapter 5,provided specific responses from three aspects of the strategic, tactical and execution.
