| Research and development is an important way to improve core competency of enterprises, but defects of traditional technical innovation mode in which corporations' R&D is independent have been increasingly appeared under nowadays-economic integration and globalization background. Industry-university-research institute cooperative R&D that is the representative of cooperative R&D is an efficient mode for technical innovation of our country enterprises integrating advantageous resources. With rapid development of information technology, especially strength of cross and collaboration of subjects, Virtual R&D Organization as a new mode of cooperative R&D has been increasingly attracting wide attention. It increasingly becomes to developing trend of cooperative R&D in information ages.As a virtual knowledge - based team, the formation and management of Virtual R&D Organization are different with traditionally hierarchical organization, they needs to consider not only the general of virtual team, but also the specialty of VR&DO as a dynamic and opening system in which there is some network characteristic. The paper firstly summarizes basic theories of Virtual R&D Organization, and then analyzes its formation and operation, its formation can be split into five stages, the second stage-partners selection is viewed as the stress to be analyzed. After that, from aspects of partners' relations and risks control, the management of VR&DO is researched. Organizational structure determines the operational performance, partners taking their choices and having complementary advantages, they achieve their goals. How to efficiently evaluate performance of Virtual R&D Organization not only affects the development of VRDO, but also is the emphasis of my studies. Fist, the paper designs performance indicators by qualitative or quantitative analysis methods and mark every indicator on the basis of consulting relative experts and wide surveys, then figures each indicators weighing in relation to total performance by AHP analysis method, and thus itcan get function value of total performance. The last part points out interrelated policies on the basis of systems analyzing disadvantageous factors of collaboration R&D. |
