Research On The Virtual Logistics Enterprise And Its Key Formation Issues

The Virtual Logistics Enterprise (VLE) is an advanced form of logistics organization. Faced with the fierce market competition and high standard market demand, a growing number of logistics companies choose integration, in this process, The VLE demonstrates a huge potential.This thesis tries to study and analyse the theory frame and the formation key issues of VLE using the System Engineering theory and thought. It advances the new definition, relevant models and theories of the VLE; It analyses the competition and cooperation among the Core Enterprise Group (CEG) with the view of the game theory, puts forward a general game model, and points out its practical significance; It designs the integrated organizing and management model of VLE combined with relevant models and management theories.The thesis can be divided into four parts: The Fist Part is the document survey, and its purpose is to form a general understanding and elicitation from the VLE and other relevant theories. The Second Part is the theoretical research. In this part, it advances the definition of the VLE, and then analyses it by the Core Competence Theory. Taking the above-mentioned work as a basic, it brings forward the conceptual model, cooperative model, structure model, demand analysis model and three-stage formation model, and points out the key issues of the formation. The Third Part is the study on critical issues. This part chooses the game among the CEG and the design of integrated organizing and management model as the key issues. For the CEG, this part proposes a general game model and points out its practical significance through the both sides game analysis in the course of cooperation and competition. For another, it designs the structure and the information platform of the VLE by level, frames each structural level by using Matrix Management Theory, and gives the detailed functional design on the important part of the platform. The Fourth Part is the demonstration analysis. It uses the VLE demonstration of Xiamen S Logistics Company to verify the practical meanings of the theory and design method advanced in the paper.
