In modern economical life, the growth in consumption will drive the development ofnational economy and Consumption on Credit is a vital approach to promote the consumptiongrowth in terms of national economy growth. Individual Auto Consumption Credit isimportant means by which not only the sound development of Auto industry of China but therapid development of national economy of China will be achieved. The saving deposit up to14 trillion Yuan indicate that banks in China have reached a Financial Assets of considerablesize, and the yearly increasing Auto output provides a powerful backing for the developmentof Individual Auto Consumption Credit. Nowadays, there are necessarity and possibility forIndividual Auto Consumption Credit. However, because of the affect of both subjective andobjective factors, the business development of Individual Auto Consumption Credit is not asgood as expected, in particular that in recent two years the business begin come down. So, thestudy on Auto Consumption Credit is of great significance. This dissertation probes into the problems in Individual Auto Consumption Credit as wellas the factor affecting its development. Through the study on Individual Auto ConsumptionCredit's evolvement process, status quo and its problems, this dissertation finds out the factoraffecting its development and its risk, uses the successful experience abroad of individualAuto consumption credit for references and gives some countermeasures in according toChina's situation. The dissertation takes the Individual Auto Consumption Credit as the studyobject, and the study method of it is normative and positive analysis.
