Organizational career management is planned and managed by the organization. It is a series of human resource plans set down for the employees, which can satisfy the future needs of the organization. Job satisfaction is the employees' satisfaction of the job itself, including the satisfaction to superior, type of work, career foreground and so on. This paper takes the full-time enterprise employees as research object to discover the main components of organizational career management of enterprise in China. This paper also intends to study the correlation relationship between the organizational career management and the job satisfaction and discover organizational career management's influence upon the job satisfaction. This paper aims to make the managers know about the situation which the organizational career management in and wake up to develop the organizational career management in the enterprise.The organizational career management scale this study used based on the Williamson(1983)'s factors of career scale. And then modified by interviewing, expert consultation, factor analysis, reliability test and validity. After such a modifying process, a organizational career management scale composed three dimensions is formed. Job satisfaction scale develop by Dunham & Smith(1979) is adopted by this paper, I order to improve the fitness to the specific object, simple modification and reliability test are taken.The research date is collected from 15 enterprises in Dalian through survey, which collects 320 valid samples. According to the data collected and series of analysis, the study got a modified organizational career management scale composed three dimensions. The results show that organizational career management and job satisfaction are significantly correlated. It is concluded that which dimension of organizational career management influence the job satisfaction. The conclusions are that selection and performance management has positive influence on superior, identify, type of work, workload, colleague, workplace and career foreground seven aspects of job satisfaction, career consultation has positive influence on rewards of job satisfaction, training has positive influence on type of work and colleague of job satisfaction.
