By employee's job satisfaction measuring,we can not only gain problems in an organization,but also we can have approach which make leader know about employee and improve problems in an organization.We explore the assessment structure of employee's job satisfaction.We discus whether or not it is different between job satisfactions of every dimension and overall job satisfaction on census variables.We discus internal service quality how it affect employee's job satisfaction and we get influencing factors on employee's job satisfaction.The main results are as follows:The assessment structure of employee's job satisfaction in Fushun Power Supply Company is composed of eight dimensions.The eight dimensions and overall job satisfaction have differences.Internal service quality is related to employee's job satisfaction and it can forecast employee's job satisfaction.We suggest that manager may improve employee's degree satisfaction by analyzing the conclusion.
