In a competitive market environment.Manufacturing is a traditional labor intensives industry and the more important is personnel stability.At the same time,more and more enterprises realize that the talent competition is the competition among the same industry enterprises.If companies want to retain talent,increase the production efficiency and competitiveness of the market,they need to augment the job satisfaction of employees and loyaltly to the business.The management method is implemented as human-oriented.In this article,to XLM companies as the research object,it discusses that current situation of the employee's work satisfaction in China,thus can find the finite way to improve the human resources management effect and expect to be able to provide management advice.Based on the research of experts and scholar both here and abroad,through the practice and the method of combining theory with XLM employees as the research object,date was collected by interviews and questionnaires.The questionnaire was sent to 250 and the recovery questionnaire was valid 213 copies.In the course of the questionnaire,it mainly uses statistics methods including Descriptive Statistics,reliability and validity detection,correlation analysis,factor analysis,variance analysis and so on.To get the status of employee satisfaction through these methods,and the focus of employee's work is found,thus find out targeted improvement mesasures and suggestions.The paper mainly from six dimensions analysis of employee job satisfaction,respectively the work itself job reward,working environment,relationships,training and development,corporate culture.Through the study of six dimensions,find out their relationship with job satisfaction,and ultimately to from the six dimensions put forward effective measures and suggestions to improve the employee satisfaction,and improve their market competitiveness.
