The distribution channel is the carrier of commodity exchange. In everycompany, we must sale our product to customers and take back cash to organizemanufacture to survive. Especially in the information society, how to carry theproduct to end user efficient is an important thing, it's also the company'scompetition. How to accelerate the product circle and low cost is the key point ofdistribution channel. In this paper, we will analyses a company's distribution channel,find the advantage and disadvantage, then we will bring forward reform advice.In this paper, we will explain this problem in four aspects.Firstly, the basic distribution channel concept. In this part , we will explain thedistribution channel's basic concept, function and distributor management flow, wetry to find the essence of distribution channel.Secondly, we will describe the company actuality. We will introduce thecompany, describe their operation and distribution channel.Thirdly, we will analyses the advantage and disadvantage of the distributionchannel in running status, service quality, and conflict. This part is the emphases inthis paper.Fourthly, we will bring forward reform advice according the company'scondition and industrial character.
