As a result of the supply chain's adaptation to the changing market, the agile supplychain aims to respond to the market and demands of the customers quickly andeffectively, and leads the future development of the supply chain. It started in Americaand had a development during the adoption by many enterprises, as proved by thefacts, that it indeed improves the level of services to customers and the power ofcompetition. This study analyzes the course of the ASC's development, the featuresand advantages that it has, the differences between it and traditional supply chain, andthen points out under what conditions that enterprises fit the application of it. At thelast part, this study introduces a case of foreign enterprise that uses these strategiessuccessfully, and suggests some feasible approaches and methods in creating the agilesupply chain for domestic enterprises, hoping to bring some revelatory clues to them. |
