This article attempts to assess the effect of logistic infrastructure on thedistribution of FDI in China. There are many factors influencing the distribution ofFDI, but FDI in China is highly concentrated geographically. A model of FDIdeterminants is specified and estimated with panel data. The estimates indicate thatlogistic infrastructure has great influence on the distribution of FDI in China.
