Research On Informationization And Core Competence Of Chinese SME

Today, economy globalization has been the main trend of world economy. As the main part of society, companies are facing great changes. SME play a great role in the economy and society development. Making SME to go ahead is becoming a world question. When making the developing tragedy ,each country think about more on SME. In china, SME have been facing many problems, such as poor facilities ,few funds, no useful laws to protect themselves, bad services and so on. It is urgent to solve these problems.When solving these problems,we should take our SME into the world to think about these questions. Our companies must enhance their informational level to build their own core competency. Only act like this,can our SME develop healthy.Begin with the problems facing SME, this paper analyses the informational level and core competency, and put out that we should use high informational level and develop from managing, company, and company cluster to build core competency. This paper has 6 parts as follows: In chapter 1, the backgrounds of this research, the research approaches and methods and a review of related studies abroad and home are introduced. In chapter 2,the paper analyses some problems which facing SME. In chapter 3, the paper introduce the core competence of SME. Chapter 4 studies informationization . Chapter 5 tell us the methods to develop the core competence. Chapter 6 use some examples to issue the conclusiones.
