Study On The Reformation Of Enterprise Income Distribution System In Tianjin

The income distribution system in preliminary phrase of socialism is a significanttheoretical and practical challenge faced by Chinese economy at present. It concernsthe basic interests of each individual and is essential to build a more harmonioussocialist society. Achieving efficiency and equality of the income distribution is theend of various government departments and organizations. Since the reform andopen-up policy, the income level of the laborers has risen greatly;however, someproblems have arisen in this field with the expansion of companies' autonomy,because of the flawed distribution system. The problems present in the abnormalpractice of some companies' payment and the incessant divergence of differentcompanies and lines. In such light, priorities should be given to build incomedistribution system that conforms to socialist economy by promoting systemic reformand normalizing distribution order.This paper analyzes the problems of income distribution system of companies inTianjin. Based on these analyses, it puts forward strategies to solve problems faced bythese companies by absorbing relevant theories and practice adopted by developedwestern countries, with the aim of contributing to build a stable and harmonioussociety.
