Contrary to most of the other countries, the growth of China's economy is mainly due to investment and export rather than consumption. Over the past years, the finance income of China grows at an exceptional speed, as well as the Profits of large Industrial Corporation. Meanwhile the saving gradually concentrates on government and corporation. Luckily, the problems have called the attention of the central government, which proposed that the resident share of the national income should be enhanced step by step. At present, the share of resident in national income is widely considered to be comparatively low and single in source, which is also academically thought as one of the reasons for the current disequilibrium of China's macro-economy.The calculation of China's current macro-distribution is based on the sections of Resident,corporation and government, which shared the national income through the procedure of first distribution and second distribution..National Income Macro-Distribution in this paper is all about the shares of the three sections in national income.This paper is composed of six chapters. The first chapter introduces some economy and politics background and summarizes related domestic and abroad research; the second chapter introduces the sections of national income macro-distribution and analyzes the current process of china's income distribution; the third chapter analyzes the trend of current income macro-distribution and the reasons for the changes after the reform and opening; the fourth chapter analyze the differences between China and USA In macro-distribution of China with that of USA; the fifth chapter studies the dynamic processes of China's national income distribution and discovers that dual structure existed in China's income distribution. The sixth chapter proposes some policy advice about present problems. Based on the analyze of 1 large number of dates, this paper tells the relations among residents,corporations,and government and discovers the existed problems.
