The Customer Relation Management (CRM) is a new management way, whichused to improve the relationship between the company and customer, and it applies incustomer business field, such as the company marketing, technical support service.During the company operation, the right way to recognize the direct or indirectrelation exists in company product, service and customer, to insight the all interactiveoperations between customer and company, is building CRM, which will cause thecompany to form a coordinating and whole new relation entity in market competition,sales and supporting, customer services, also it will have a long time competitionadvantage.In our country, the application of CRM has developed from the importantindustries to other business. CRM in the small and medium scale corporation has beenwidely used now. In the beauty parlor, the CRM application needs to the supporting ofthe parlor CRM system. It's also a great chance for our parlor application. Theresearching of this article aims to build a model of parlor CRM System, as thefoundation of parlor CRM application.The parlor CRM system model described in this article is based on the CRMsystem basic framework. According to the parlor's customer management mode, itwill be to attain the following result: strong theoretical principle, practical operation,simple function and small scale.The main content about the parlor CRM system model in this article includesystem function framework and system data dictionary. The system functionframework mainly describe the basic function should be possess for the parlor CRMsystem;The system data dictionary mainly illustrate the kernel data structureprocessing by the parlor CRM.
