Project Life-Cycle Cost Management

Project cost management is one of the most important parts of projectmanagement, and is the base of macro-management. The research about project coststructure optimization is the key content of the research about whole lifecycle projectcost management. This thesis attempts to do some research on project cost structureoptimization, decision-making, management automatization of some specialgovernmental investment projects, especially army projects under modern economicand technical conditions.This thesis brings forward the theory and method about combination of wholeprocessing cost management and whole life cycle cost management of ourgovernmental investment project, through analyzing the theories and methods aboutwhole processing cost management, whole life cycle cost management and whole costtheory . Combining with army project cost management practice and starting fromdemand analysis, systems analysis and systems design, this thesis brings forward thecomposition on establishing army project cost management automatization, intelligentsystem, and establishes the basic frame. The system has been put into examinationand got preferably effect.
