The Research On Green Building Assessment And Modeling

Sustainable development becomes the common purpose of people all over the world. The research of green building becomes more important and urgent than before. However the concept of green building is not clear in China now. So an impersonal assessment system to guide the construction of Green building is needed.This paper first look back to background of green building research aboard and explain the great meaning of green building assessment. Comparing the different international assessment systems from edition, weighting system, assess index, result, paper points out the common ground and localization of those assessments. Considering Chinese situation, Chinese government enacted Assessment Handbook for Ecological Residential Building in China and Evaluation system of green Olympics. Paper analyzes the existing problems and gives some suggestions on how to improve china green building assessment system.In the finality, by the contrast and comparion, the paper establish the basic framework of green building, divided into one object, four categories and seventeen criteria. Every criterion has been explained during planning, design, construction, maintenance. According to mutilevel grey evaluation method, using grey index B^s assess buildings' green performance. At the end the idea of multistage and assessment flow is brought forward.
