| Through literature survey and search, I find that in our country there are not abundant and mature academic papers about industrial clusters presently, especially involved in high and new tech industrial clusters. In this paper, I select the Wuxi National High and New Tech Industrial District, which have developed rapidly and been well-known countrywide recently, as a sample to study the industrial cluster. I tries to seek the reason and condition of the high and new tech industrial clusters' agglomeration of this district by factor analysis and demonstration analysis, find the existent problems of the high and new tech industrial clusters' of this district and put forward the countermeasure so that make the cluster develop more healthily and consistently, looking forward to supplying a reference to some extend for the development of industry and region economy in other regions in the whole country.In the paper, firstly, the concept, forming, characteristic, classification and the inherent mechanism of development, motivating factor of industrial cluster are introduced, then the concept and characteristic of new and high tech industrial cluster are expounded, pointing out the close relation between new and high tech industrial cluster and developing district. And then, the industrial cluster of Wuxi New and High Tech District is analyzed as a case, it's forming condition, developing level is analyzed and evaluated. In the finality, existent problems have been raised and proposals have been brought forward accordingly. |
