The Research On The Industry Forecast And Space Layout Of Marine Economy Of Beilun District, Ningbo City

The 21st century is the sea century. Marine economy is the new economical point of the growth. The world various coastal states all unconsciously regard developing marine economy as the important method to enhance one's own international competitive power, simultaneously formulate marine economy development plan and research marine economy development strategy and pattern.In the recent years, the marine economy of Zhejiang Province and Ningbo city has developed rapidly and its benefit increased largely. Based on the rich marine resource, remarkable position, resources, transportation and the policy superiority, Beilun port, the mere good deep-water port of Ningbo city, has laid the solid foundation for Ningbo city's marine economy.To develop the marine economy, Beilun needs to solve the two key problems: Firstly, needs to know the emphasized industry to develop. Based on the industrial growth life cycle theory, through the historical development and the economic analysis, this article believes the prominent economical contribution industry is by-port industry, the sea transportation shipping industry and the sea fishery industry and needs to develop vigorously in the near future, but other industries only kept stable or got strategic support. Therefore, through the organism growth logic curve model, this article has made the forecast analysis to their economy development. Then, taking the forecast as the foundation, using the disparity comparison conclusion between the industry present situation and the expected development goal, it puts forward certain development measurements. Secondly, needs to reasonably determine the layout of the marine industry of Beilun area. On the basis of the investigation and study, taking the harmonious development sense on industry and region as the guidance, the article proposes "one core, multi-spots to be a group" development layout structure and "one belt, two pieces" industrial function layout structure of the marine economy development.Finally, this article comes to the conclusion that Beilun's marine economy should go on the new industrial development path of "taking growth development as the emphasis" and "taking the sustainable development as the pattern" .
