The 21st century will be the era that the knowledge economy occupies leading position and knowledge type staff become the key resources of enterprises. But in the reality, the rate of knowledge type staff's turnover has been remaining high all the time, which becomes the difficult problem of every enterprise. Seeking the reasons of knowledge type staff' s turnover and making corresponding measures to reduce turnover rate are the key points for human resource management of enterprises.
