Research On Development Strategies And Countermeasures For Agricultural Informatization Of Sichuan

New scientific discovery and technical revolution are changing the social mode of production, promoting the development of the social productivity. Information technique, as the high and new technical representative, has become the national economy foundation technique with high permeating, efficient, intelligence-intensified and sustainable development technique and developed its important function in national economy. Consequently, the national economy informatization has become an inevitable choice of our society, of which agricultural informatization is an important part. It is an essential move to carry out agricultural informatization in China, which will be of great benefit to the challenge of the knowledge-based economy and the agriculture technological revolution.Agricultural informatization of the developed countries on the whole experienced three stages. Now, the developed countries have basically stepped into the agricultural informatization, while China began to introduce the concept of informatization in the 1980s. After more than twenty years' development, the agriculture informatization becomes the important means to promote the development of agricultural economy and enhance its competitive strength.The agricultural informatization of Sichuan has made some progress through the recent years' development, which has laid the good foundation for the all-around promotion of informatization. However, there are still many problems, and it is far from being well-developed and perfect in many respects. Theagricultural informatization of Sichuan still has a long way to go.After the study of the concerned basic theories on agricultural informatization, the author analyzes the different facets such as the features of development, the scheme construction, the system and service of the agriculture informatization and the concerned human resource education in the United States, France, Japan and India. At the same time, the author gives a brief account of the developments of the overall agriculture informatization, those of the developed regions and the western areas and their experience. Then the thesis introduces the basic status quo of the agriculture in Sichuan, the achievements realized through the informatization and analyzes the factors limiting the development of its agriculture informatization, the principal problems, the necessity and condition of the wider-scale development. On the basis of the analysis, the thesis elaborates on the strategy of the agriculture informatization in Sichuan Province including the strategic goal, the strategic emphasis, the ways of thinking, and the developing phases. Afterwards, the thesis lays out the development plan of the agriculture informatization in Sichuan including the construction of infrastructural facilities, key application system, and the informatization interactive platform. Lastly, the present thesis has learned the advanced experience of the agriculture informatization from domestic and abroad, and puts forward the development strategies and countermeasures for the agricultural informatization in the light of specific conditions of the agricultural economy in Sichuan and the development of the agricultural informatization.It will exert a profound influence on the fast and healthy development of Sichuan agriculture economy to push forward the agriculture informatization comprehensively.
