In recent years, promoting the technological has become the key content of developing our country's economic and technology. To zhejiang such a large province which has quick economic developing speed but low industry level and technology level, Promoting the self innovation is an important insurance to the further economic developing. But the high risk of makes many enterprises either hang back or repeatedly fight and repeatedly frustrate. So to effectively control and take precautions against enterprise's risk is an important subject to guarantee the innovation succeeds. According to this, on the basis of closely contact the current situation of Zhejiang Province, through the further investigation which combined with the theory and practice , the paper analyze the enterprises' of zhejiang Province, and furthermore give the precaution and controlling suggestions.The paper has expounded the necessity and the risk of of zhejiang province. And have defined the meaning of self innovation and self innovation risk respectively through analyzing and summing up them synthetically. On the basis of this, the paper sums up the essential characteristics of the self innovation risk, and defines the factor ofenterprises' self innovation risk. Namely six major factors, such as technology, market , management , fund , production and environment, etc. The thesis regards this six major risk factors as the systematic frame, on the basis of analyzing the subject of enterprises' self innovation, and combining the relevant investigation and research data, it explains and analyze the current situation of six major risks respectively. Then it structure the evaluation index system of enterprises' self innovation of zhejiang province systematically, according to its characteristics of the enterprises' self innovation factors, and furthermore evaluate the enterprises' self innovation and its factors by the AHP and Delphi method. In the end, the paper has pointedly proposed every measure and suggestions of how to take precautions against and control the risk of the enterprises' self innovation of zhejiang province, according to the analyzing and evaluating the enterprises' self innovation of zhejiang province.
