Analysis On The Characteristics Of Enterprise Innovation In Zhejiang Province

Zhejiang Province has always attached great importance to enterprise innovation,and believes that the construction of innovative enterprises is the key to promote the economic transformation of Zhejiang Province.Overall,Zhejiang Province has initially achieved the strategic goal of promoting economic development with enterprise innovation,but still faces many problems.In view of this,on the basis of grasping the current situation of enterprise innovation in Zhejiang Province,this paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of Zhejiang enterprises'innovation through the two aspects of enterprise innovation ability and innovation cognition level.Meanwhile,it analyzes the influence path between entrepreneurial innovation cognition,enterprise innovation and enterprise development.Finally,this paper provides advice and help for the formulation and implementation of innovation policies.First of all,in order to understand the innovation status of Zhejiang enterprises,this paper analyzes the basic situation of enterprise innovation and entrepreneurship innovation cognition of Zhejiang Province in terms of industry,construction industry and service industry.Secondly,on the basis of grasping the status of enterprise innovation,this paper constructs two comprehensive evaluation index systems,including enterprise innovation ability and entrepreneurial innovation cognition level,and making a comparative analysis of enterprise innovation in each industry.Finally,on the basis of the coordination analysis of entrepreneur innovation cognition,enterprise innovation and enterprise development,this paper constructs the structural equation model to conduct the path analysis of the three.The results are mainly divided into three parts,the first part is the enterprise innovation ability.The overall innovation ability of enterprises in Zhejiang Province is relatively strong;the innovation ability of emerging industries and high-tech industries is generally stronger than traditional industries;pharmaceutical,electronics and machinery manufacturing enterprises attach great importance to innovation investment in their innovation activities;pharmaceutical,food,chemical,electronic and other manufacturing enterprises attach importance to the cultivation of innovative atmosphere in innovation activities;innovative output in electrical appliances,electronics and other manufacturing industries is rich.In the second part is the entrepreneur innovative cognition level.The overall innovation consciousness of Zhejiang entrepreneurs is stronger;the innovative cognition level of entrepreneurs in emerging industries and high-tech industries is generally higher than traditional industries;medicine,electronics manufacturing entrepreneur attach great importance to the role of innovation.Meanwhile,it can make full use of internal incentives and external policies to develop enterprises' innovation ability.The third part is the path analysis.By constructing structural equation model,hypothesis that entrepreneur innovation cognition level directly affects enterprise innovation ability,enterprise innovation level directly affects enterprise development level,and entrepreneur innovation cognition level affects enterprise development ability indirectly through influencing enterprise innovation level are verified.
