The main purpose of this paper is to explore the solution on Greencool Group's informatization bottleneck and study it's model of collaborative commerce.Apply with the integration of global economy's coming, Household appliance enterprises in China have stepped into the stage of which the structural reorganization of the industrial upgrading, It is facing the challenges such as quickly expanding of the information, unusual fiercely competition, varied requirement of the consumers.Greencool Group carried out a large-scale acquisition in household appliances refrigeration industry. It acquired some large-scale and powerful refrigeration enterprises successively such as KELON and Meiling Group to create a large "kingdom of refrigerator" and formed a scale advantage. However, after the completion of acquisition, Greencool Group faces informatization bottleneck in managing enterprises under its administration and coping with large information resource due to the unbalanced informatization building up of each enterprise. That how to build and innovate chains informatization construction to adapt to the change and development trend of competition environment as well as how to resolve the current informatization bottleneck and enhance the control capability of enterprise resource and external collaborative competence in order to ensure the accuracy of decision and high efficiency of overall operation are the core strategic matter that urgently needs taking into account.Based on the practical problem in the development of Greencool Group, this article comes up with the theory that collaborative commerce is the important means and method to bring about the internal and external cooperation and strengthen overall competition capacity of Greencool Group as well as study how to use collaborative commerce model of Greencool to resolve the informatization bottleneck of knowledge resource management of Greencool Group.Collaborative commerce model is able to collect effectively information resource from each enterprise of Greencool Group in the collaborative commerce platform made up of information door, knowledge management, supply chain management (sales management, storage management and purchasing management), work flow management, human resource management, customer and partner management, project management,financial management and assets management to reduce collaborative cost, improve collaborative efficiency and bring the advantage of industry scale after acquisition into play by the application of collaborative design, collaborative commerce and collaborative manufacturing and through effective cooperation of fully shared knowledge and information so that the overall competition strength of Greencool Group is improved.The application of collaborative commerce has not been popular among domestic enterprises. The attempt study of collaborative commerce in this article has a reference for the whole household appliances industry. Collaborative commerce makes traditional supply chains further electric and group enterprise form a close collaborative value community by combining with other enterprises in the same value chains to face global competition in household appliances industry.
